Mixing stones, plants, water and copper for a peaceful interesting small garden.

I split a block of granite then put it back together with small river stones wedged in until each piece was stable, its all dry, no bolts, each block is heavy enough that i can quickly climb to the top and stand on it.

Each stone had its own identity, but i wanted to join them together with the little stones into a zen ideal. You need the bigger small ones on the joints, to stop the treads from rocking… Then you slide the little ones in where they fit. Some of these stones are 4 or 5 feet…

One large piece of granite, split, and with eyes drilled into the stone. Each snake continues off from the head along the edge of the property…
